Savage offers all types of real state for sale, new homes, existing homes, condos, townhomes, hobby farms, townhouses and country homes, plus lakeshore homes.

Savage is one of the fastest growing areas in Scott County and the state of Minnesota.  Savage and environmental groups have worked together to protect natural amenities such as Eagle Creek, Credit River, and the Savage Fen, which contribute to the citys growth.  The tax base also increases by the residential and commercial development due to the proximity to both I-35W and US Highway 169.

Savage has been designated as a Star City, in recognition by the State for economic development and planning.  The City's history is rich and varied, offering tales about a famous racehorse (Dan Patch) and its owner.  The horse set the world record for a mile race in 1906 and it stood for 54 years.

Whether you enjoy an afternoon on one of the many golf courses, visiting the Tigers Lair at the Minnesota Zoo
in nearby Apple Valley, riding the roller coasters at Valley Fair or taking a dip in the many surrounding water parks; Savage has much to offer.  If you tend to vacation a bit farther away from home the International Airport is less than 30 minutes away.  Entertainment is just a half hour away in either downtown St. Paul or Minneapolis.
